"Came here to get my dog a haircut and the price to to high. It wasn't worth $130 bucks. Other groomers told me just for the haircut my dog got was to much. An amateur cut his hair. He didn't even get a stylist haircut. Just a plain regular amateur haircut. Not even a bandana he got for that price. I would of done a better job."

"Love this place!! Customer service was THE BEST!! Came in looking for a fur brother for our First Fur baby Benji. They were amazing with helping us choose between so many adorable pups. Gave us great tips and information! We are so happy with the newest addition to our family! Def recommend this place to anyone looking for a fur baby to add to their family! 🐶❤️"

"This pet shop is NOT what it used to be. They used to be owned by a lovely couple who always went above and beyond for customers, now its new people who push way too hard to sell you anything, even if its a "companion" for your current pet or items you're not interested in purchasing. There used to a sitting/ waiting area inside, but that was taken out. Now you either stand the whole time, bring your own chair or wait outside, even in the winter. As far as the groomers, i used to pay $60 for a wash, haircut and nail trimming. Today i had to pay $120. Last time i was here, the groomer did not properly trim the nails, leaving jagged edges which scratched my 4 year old daughter. When i mentioned this today, they asked if i "fixed" it at home with a nail filer. Why would i have to do that if i paid for a complete service? This is my full opinion and experience with this business and i hope it helps others make the best decisions for their pets."

"3/11/26. I purchased a kitten. I asked the man did the kitten get vaccinated he said yes. I asked for paperwork. The man gave me paperwork for a dog. The paperwork had medicine and various vacancies a dog received. I bought some other items for the kitten. The man over charged me. He lied to me about the kitten vaccine. Gave me a random paperwork. He thought I'm ignorant. I would not go back there. Poor customer service. Deceitful business transaction. My first and last time in that shop. Not happy with the service."

"Despite the bad reviews, I still went to their store and spoke with the employees and the groomer, I asked them a series of questions about the groomer before I met him btw. He is very nice and seems to know his stuff with grooming. I have a 7 month old shih tzu and was in desperate need of a cut and Carlos did and exceptional job on my baby! Here are the before and after! I'm very pleased with the job and do recommend him! I'll be taking my other dog to him for a trim."
